Anbieter: Google Ireland Limited. Manages analytics and marketing tags (e.g. Google Analytics). Tags load only after consent and respect Google Consent Mode v2.
3. Marketing-Cookies
External content and services (e.g. embedded videos) that may transmit personal data to third parties.
Eingesetzte Dienste:
YouTube
Anbieter: Google Ireland Limited. Display of embedded YouTube videos. When loaded, personal data (IP address, device info) is transmitted to Google.
4. AI chat
Enables the AI chat assistant. Your messages and the current page are sent via our server to Google (Gemini API); processing outside the EU, e.g. in the USA, is possible. For questions about ProtocolHero the assistant may also search the web via Google Search – Google stores these queries with context and result for 30 days. We store the chat history so our team can follow up on your request; chats from 4 October 2026 onwards are deleted automatically 90 days after your first message. Does not enable advertising or tracking services.

Google Gemini API (AI chat, incl. Google web search)
Anbieter: Google Cloud EMEA Limited. Answers questions in the AI chat. Chat messages and the current page are sent via our server to Google; processing outside the EU is possible. For web searches Google stores query, context and result for 30 days. Without consent the chat stays disabled – you can also grant consent directly in the chat.
