Customizable home dashboard
Arrange your start page with per-user layout and preferences, a KPI strip, embedded calendar and board previews, plus favorites, team and onboarding widgets.
ProtocolHero Feed
A new feed with topics, posts, likes and feedback for team updates and conversation.
Saved views
Save filters for Inbox, protocols and databases as workspace-shared or personal views — with counts, reordering, defaults and a permission to manage saved views.

Document scan in shared fill-out links
Guests can scan documents. Captures stay on the device until the server confirms receipt, with duplicate recognition.
Crash- and offline-resilient media uploads
Uploads persist on the device and resume after a crash or offline stretch. Task attachments get the same protection.
Faster photos in submissions
Right-sized copies power overviews, thumbnails and galleries; full view and download still deliver the original.
Web push & richer notifications
Browser and PWA push plus richer document notifications in the dashboard and email.
Light mode by default
Light appearance is the default. Dark mode now covers remaining surfaces and follows your stored preference without flashing.

Improvements

Signatures
Leaving with an unsaved signature warns first. Locked signatures cannot be overwritten. Location and date & time toggles on the signature block.
Plan limits & upgrade prompt
Drawing and AI blocks, shared fill-out links, logo and embedding respect the plan and show the upgrade dialog. Existing content keeps working.
Devices by plan
Plan-based device admissions and revocations extend the device limits from v1.34.
Support appointment from help
Book a support appointment straight from the help area in the sidebar.
Session expiry
A clear, actionable message replaces the raw CSRF error when your session expires.
Inbox
Duplication feedback from click to completion, HEIC thumbnails and crop previews for uploads.
Workspace & media
Leaving a workspace moved to the personal danger zone. In-flight uploads survive scrolling and folding; slow photos say so instead of looking broken.
Stability & UI
Menus, dialogs and the feedback panel behave more reliably — including Escape to close and fewer missed first clicks.

Bug fixes

Tasks
Events no longer show as overdue incorrectly, board moves keep content, expired card covers self-heal, edit mode ignores stray outside clicks, comments show loading skeletons, and the dashboard task dialog stays open while ticking checklists.
Shared protocols & embeds
Header images and logos stay available like body photos; embed headers set via image link no longer 404.
Protocol editor
Level blocks with sub-blocks no longer duplicate fields. Confirmed upload rows survive folding a level, and the crop dialog shows an instant local preview.
Feed & onboarding
Deep-linked posts scroll into view once, likes no longer yank the page, and the welcome dialog fits without scrolling.
Inbox
The retention notice is back below pagination. Shared links created before the plan gate keep working.
