Access labels (with a lock) decide who sees an entry, filter labels only sort. Switch with “Controls visibility”. Under “Members” you decide right on the label who carries it; a preview shows what the person will no longer see before you remove it. Existing labels are access labels, new ones start as filter labels. Important: anyone carrying an access label no longer sees protocols, submissions and databases without an access label; their own submissions as well as tasks and channels without a label stay visible.

If the person lacks the access label when you assign or review, the dialog offers “Assign label” or “Visible only during the assignment”. Reviewers keep read access after approval.

Draw it once in your profile under “Signature”, then insert it into any signature field with “Insert my signature”. Only you can use your signature.

Via “/” → “Checklist” or the toolbar button. Everyone allowed to write in the channel ticks items right in the message; the thread records who ticked what.

On phones and tablets you choose the display size (Normal, Large, Extra large), see your progress, swipe through photos in a gallery and open the rear camera directly with “Camera”. Changes by colleagues, guests and the AI appear without reloading.

If a table cell holds exactly one field – text, number with unit, dropdown, checkbox or choice – the cell looks like a normal cell, without a frame inside a frame. Text wraps, Enter adds a line, Tab moves on. Applies in preview, while filling out, in shared links and in the PDF.

Agents react to submissions, you edit their instructions in a dedicated editor, and sent emails can be viewed with full text, archive and search. They fill tables cell by cell – by default only empty cells.

The role dialog shows areas on the left and permissions with descriptions and search on the right. New scopes “All | Own only” for labels. When you remove a member, a dialog asks who takes over workflows, tasks, channels and automations – only what you explicitly choose is deleted.

The default folder can be renamed and sorted, voice messages have “Done” and “Send”, and on your phone you can see who reacted. Notifications about thread replies open the thread directly.

Incoming emails in the board inbox appear as an email card in the task dialog. Activity and history are collapsed and show the count and latest entry. Protocols can be filtered by “No label”.

If your team moves from the Hero plan to a smaller plan, agents are paused – nothing is deleted. After upgrading again you reactivate them with one click.

Listeners pause, shared links pass to the owner, removed members are signed out immediately. And it now says “Label” instead of “Tag” everywhere.

The upload notice no longer blocks the page on phones, embedded forms no longer jump when opening a selection, and saving via share links and embeds works reliably – even if the creator has left the team.

“+ Entry” no longer freezes the browser, and choice options added there are accepted while filling out.

Permission and label checks always apply in the team of the respective entry, and database selections only show rows from the configured database.
