AI File Analysers
Eight AI File Analysers read values from photos, CSV and PDF files and automatically create and fill tables from them – each for a concrete use case such as a photo of the distribution board or installation-tester readings. Hero AI Assistant and Hero Agents rely on them too. No more retyping; the professional review stays with you. Included in the Hero plan.
Hero AI Assistant
Your personal assistant inside the app: suggests template structures, knows your submissions, reads CSV files, asks instead of guessing and creates tasks in conversation – on the Hero plan with AI conversation mode on the Tasks page.
Hero Agents – digital team members
On the Hero and Enterprise plans you add Hero Agents: independent digital team members with their own profile, role, email address and around 100 tools – on site and in the office. Your technician sends a photo of the distribution board or a short report and the agent writes the values into the inspection protocol. They read email, derive tasks, fill inspection protocols from measurement data, review submissions, work through jobs on a schedule and collaborate in the team – including with each other. Controlled in the app or through Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT/Codex via MCP. We tailor the agents that fit your business individually with you – after that you manage them yourself. Caution mode is on by default: deleting, publishing, share links, final submission and sending email run only after your approval.
Email & automations
Own email address for channels & boards
Every channel and every board gets its own email address – on every plan. Incoming mail becomes a channel message or a new card with target column and assignee; the channel shows an email card with an AI summary of subject, two to three lines and attachment count.
Board connection
Connect a protocol to a board – on every plan. For each stage (draft, in progress, in review, completed) you set the target column and assignees – fixed people or editor, reviewer and submitter. The card links submission and protocol, done and archive columns are detected automatically, and submissions via share link or embed follow the rule by default.
Listeners, jobs & schedules
With Hero Agents your workspace acts on its own: channel listeners respond to every message without an @mention, board listeners to card events, jobs work through many cards with progress in the thread, and automations run on a schedule – even overnight. Listeners, automations and board connections set up by an agent always require approval.

In the Hero plan with annual billing we onboard your team personally. All other plans – including Hero monthly – start self-service with the onboarding video, help center and the free intro call.

Questions about our plans
Can I cancel or switch at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time to the end of the month. Upgrades are possible immediately and the remaining term is credited to you.
Which payment methods are available?
You can conveniently manage your payment yourself by card – just like you know it from tools such as Slack or Cursor. For teams from 5 seats we additionally offer purchase by quote and invoice.
How many chat channels are included?
The “General” channel and direct messages to every member of your workspace are included on every plan. On top of that you create your own channels – for example per site or topic: 1 on the free plan, 2 on Standard, 3 on Hero. If you need more channels, talk to us or switch to the Enterprise plan, where the number is custom.
How do I add Hero Agents and what do they cost?
You add Hero AI Agents on the Hero and Enterprise plans. We tailor them individually to your business, after that you manage them yourself. Depending on scope and role, different agents make sense – for example an auditor that reads and understands documents, spots errors and triggers tasks; an office agent that enters jobs into a protocol, reads email and handles complaints; or a support agent that receives email and answers it automatically. The price depends on scope and roles – we work it out in the intro call.
What is the difference between AI File Analysers, Hero AI Assistant and Hero Agent?
AI File Analysers read values from photos, CSV and PDF and fill tables – eight are included in the Hero plan. Hero AI Assistant is your personal helper right inside the app. A Hero Agent is an independent digital team member with its own profile, role, email address, listeners and schedules – bookable on the Hero and Enterprise plans.
What is the enterprise licence and who does it pay off for?
The enterprise licence (Enterprise plan) is an annual contract for the whole business: priced by team size instead of individual seats, onboarding, pilot and personal support included, API and MCP connection, Hero Agent with custom instructions. For every team size – the bigger the business, the higher the staff costs and the bigger the saving from less coordination. Whether it beats individual seats for you, we'll do the maths with you in the pilot call.
Do subcontractors and customers need their own licence?
No. Subcontractors fill in via a protected link, customers and tenants via a web form on your website. You only pay for your team.
