Inventory and Basis of Change
Every review begins with recording the current state. Existing documents are matched with the actual local conditions and the site-specific fire protection concept. Structural, technical, or operational changes must be recorded, as they directly impact the validity of the fire brigade plan.
In addition to regular, recurring audits, an event-driven update is legally required whenever any relevant modifications are made to the building or its usage. This is the only way to guarantee that the fire brigade does not encounter locked doors or altered hazard zones during an emergency.
- Recording operator and object data alongside the current revision status
- Documenting the proof of expertise of the inspector
- Alignment with local regulations and the overall fire protection concept
