Can I try ProtocolHero for free?
Yes. The free plan lets you start risk-free and without any payment details – including the protocol builder, templates and your first databases.
What is the difference between Private and Business?
Use the switch to toggle between the private and business view. Private prices are shown incl. VAT, business prices as net prices plus VAT.
How much do I save with yearly billing and larger teams?
Paying yearly saves you compared to monthly billing, and the larger your team (1–4, 5–9 or 10–19 users), the lower the price per user – up to 40 % in total.
Can I cancel or switch at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time to the end of the month. Upgrades are possible immediately and the remaining term is credited to you.
Which payment methods are available?
You can conveniently manage your payment yourself by card – just like you know it from tools such as Slack or Cursor. For teams from 5 seats we additionally offer purchase by quote and invoice.
