If none of our pre-made templates fit your exact needs, you can easily create your own. The drag-and-drop builder works without any coding or IT support.

Create a new template
In the 'Templates' section, click on 'New Template' and give it a descriptive name, such as 'Heating System Maintenance Report'. This will make it easy to find later.
Add fields via drag-and-drop
Drag and drop field types like text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, dates, photos, or signatures into your template. Arrange the fields in the exact order they will be filled out on-site.
Define sections and required fields
Organize your template into sections (e.g., 'Equipment', 'Inspection', 'Results') and mark critical fields as required so nothing gets missed in the field.
Preview and publish
Use the preview mode to test the workflow from the technician's perspective. Then, publish the template so your team can start submitting reports.
