Überblick

During handovers or inspections in the trades, it is easy to lose track of various measurement points. With the Level Block, you can organize your digital reports directly on-site into logical levels such as floors, distribution boards, or rooms. This ensures that you and your customers can find all measurements instantly.

Schritt für Schritt

  1. Open the template in the editor

Log in to your ProtocolHero dashboard and navigate to the 'Templates' section. Select the inspection template you want to structure and open it in the editor.

  2. Insert the Level Block via drag-and-drop

Search for the 'Level Block' in the left toolbar and drag it to the desired position in your report. This block now serves as a structured container for your inspection data.

  3. Define and name your levels

Click on the block to customize the levels. Name the sections according to your trade—for example, '1st Floor', 'Main Distribution Board', or 'Boiler Room'—and create deeper sublevels if needed.

  4. Assign measurement and inspection fields

Now drag your specific input fields, such as measurement values, photo documentation, or checklists, directly into the respective levels of the Level Block. This ensures that measurements are clearly assigned to the correct location later on.

  5. Save the template and use it on mobile

Click 'Save' in the top right corner to apply your changes. When your technicians open the report on-site via the app, they can easily expand and collapse the individual levels.
