Reception is often poor on construction and job sites. ProtocolHero also works offline to ensure your workflow is never interrupted.

Open the template before going on-site
Open the required template once while you still have reception so it is available on your device. This ensures you can start working immediately, even without a connection.
Fill out offline
Fill out the protocol as usual. Your entries and photos will be cached locally on your device – you will see a notification indicating you are in offline mode.
Sync automatically
As soon as your connection is restored, ProtocolHero will automatically upload the submission. There is no need to start this manually.
Verify synchronization
Check the status of the submission after the upload. Once it appears in the workspace, all data has been securely transferred.
